• AI Governance: Establish the AI Governance Operational Committee 
• R&D: Get the AI Institute Initiative operational 
• Education: Launch the Council on AI Integration & Institutional Innovation (CAIII) 
• Business Transformation: Roll out Agentic AI to support workflow transformation 

With this approach, UConn will provide a framework that is transparent, practical, inclusive, and scalable. The first steps – forming the committees, establishing the Institute, and introducing the Agentic AI technologies – will yield a structure that supports future-oriented success and innovation.
